The interior of the house is upgraded to modern standards and offers remote control of water supply, heating, lighting and airconditioning.
Electrical floor heating is available throughout all rooms in the house, organized in different zones, which can be controlled independantly via home / remote app.
All furniture and household equipment, such as washing and drying machine, can be included in the sale at additional price, depending on which items are taken over. All furniture, household equipment and tools were newly bought in 2019 and barely used. More information is available upon request.

In the cellar the 200 l boiler is installed in 2016. The expansion vessel is renewed in 2022.

The covered terrace and external stairs offer access to the main entrance door. The large illuminated terrace is perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners and relaxing with the most beautiful view over the land and terrain. The terrace was fully re-painted in 2020.
Repairs and reinforcements were done in 2023.
A new vertical roof support beam on a concrete base was installed in 2023
The terrace is partly shielded with plexiglass, to protect against wind and incoming rain.
